The Jiffy Lube Fleet Card is more than a charge card. It's the fleet management tool for preventive maintenance you've been looking for — the program that gives you the information you need for better control and savings. Our card offers greater flexibility and gives you the tools to create customized policies to reduce unauthorized purchases.

When your drivers use the card they must provide an authorized Driver ID number plus the vehicle's odometer reading. For the Jiffy Lube Fleet Card and Universal Card we can use information encoded in the card's magnetic stripe to tell you who bought what, where, when and for how much. With the Universal Card good for fuel and service, we can even tell you how well your vehicles are performing by reporting the cost per mile and miles per gallon.

With Exception Reporting, you'll also be able to quickly and easily identify purchases that are outside your policies.

Purchase Controls available online let you fine-tune a card to reflect the purchasing needs of each vehicle and driver, helping prevent unauthorized purchases. If a transaction falls outside any of your limits, our system is designed to decline the transaction, subject to the limitations described online.

Purchase alerts provide an added level of security to help you stay a step ahead of possible problems. Based on the Purchase Controls you set, you'll receive an e-mail when a transaction falls outside your purchase guidelines. You can decide if any action is required.

Online services make it easy for you to cancel lost or stolen cards immediately, pay your invoice, and save your reports in PDF format. Friendly, trained representatives are also available — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — to assist drivers and managers with questions.

The Jiffy Lube Fleet Card provides ease of transaction and convenient billing to enhance the convenience that's already an integral part of the Jiffy Lube service. A network of 2,000 participating locations gives your drivers a reliable source for preventive maintenance wherever they may go — and no appointments are required, minimizing downtime for drivers.

With our system, each vehicle is assigned a card and each driver is assigned a unique identification number — one cannot be used without the other. At the time of purchase, drivers enter the current odometer reading of the vehicle and their identification number. With all this information captured electronically, we bring you the ultimate control in vehicle management.

Plus, you'll save money by cutting down on administrative expenses and eliminating the time spent sorting through cash receipts and credit card slips. All this convenience, control and savings comes with no fees for the Jiffy Lube® Fleet Card. The Universal Card for fuel and service is available for a one-time setup fee of $40 per account and $2 per card, per month.
